Style Guide

The University Style Guide is the result of a two-year integrated effort to craft a cohesive style format for all university publications. The purpose of the style guide is to assist Southern Miss employees and students as they create brochures, newsletters, fliers, documents, T-shirt verbage and any other product that includes the Southern Miss' name or logo. The style is based mainly on AP Style.

The University Style Guide is not to be confused with the university's graphics standards spelled out in the Graphics Standards Style Guide, which assists with proper use of logos, colors and font styles.
